How does it work?
The system is installed in a designated location chosen by the hotel, where guests can conveniently and privately interact with the AI concierge. It senses the guest’s presence, greets them, and, depending on the settings, communicates in their preferred language.
The AI concierge offers:
- Recommendations for the hotel’s services.
- Answers to guest inquiries.
- Suggestions for dining, entertainment, and travel options, prioritizing the hotel’s contracted partners where applicable.
- Assistance with a wide range of guest needs.
Its responses are enhanced with visual elements displayed on the screen to further elevate guest satisfaction.
If a guest makes a booking request (e.g., a table reservation at the hotel’s restaurant), the concierge identifies the guest by their room number and sends a summary of the request, along with conversation details, to the designated hotel staff (e.g., reception). Staff can then confirm the request with the guest using the contact information provided during check-in. If no specific request is made during the conversation, a summary of the interaction is still generated and, if required, sent to another hotel email address for reporting purposes.
The AI concierge, through its programmed personality, subtly guides guests toward additional services that can increase the hotel’s revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
Furthermore, the AI concierge encourages guests to leave reviews on the designated platforms, helping the hotel build its reputation and attract future guests.

In order to operate, Taylor requires a Windows-based environment with an active online connection. A sound card, speakers, microphone, and camera are all part of the setup. For data input, a card reader or other accessories can be integrated.
Secured
Taylor doesn’t handle personal data, ensuring smoother operation (identification is done solely through the room number). There is no direct connection to the PMS, and the camera does not record or store images of the guests.
